1. Services & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers are required to provide access to water and electricity during service.

A clean, safe, and accessible working environment is expected at the service location.

Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and size. Final pricing is confirmed upon inspection.
2. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.

Invoices are due on date of issue unless otherwise stated. A late fee may apply.

Failure to pay may result in a lien being placed on the vehicle until payment is received.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive for complete satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your detail, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposits.
5. Liability

Tyler’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

Any damage resulting from improper conditions at the service location may be the responsibility of the client.
