Q: Do you provide a warranty for the ceramic coating service?

A: Yes! All of our ceramic coatings come with a 3-year limited warranty. To maintain coverage, we require an annual exterior detail performed by us to ensure the coating is properly maintained and performing at its best.

Q: What is a leather ceramic coating?

A: Leather ceramic coating is a protective treatment applied to all leather surfaces inside your vehicle. It forms an invisible layer that repels stains, protects against UV damage, and reduces wear over time — all while remaining safe for any type of leather. It helps preserve the soft feel and clean appearance of your interior.

Q: What is fabric protection?

A: Fabric protection is a professional-grade treatment applied to cloth seats, carpets, and other fabric surfaces. It creates a barrier that repels spills, resists stains, and makes cleanup easier — without altering the look or feel of the material.

A: Yes! We use eco-conscious, biodegradable, and safe detailing products whenever possible. Our methods are designed to reduce water usage and environmental impact—without sacrificing results.

Q: Do you use the best products?

A: Yes! We use only premium, professional-grade detailing products that are trusted by industry experts. From pH-balanced cleaners to advanced ceramic coatings, every product we use is carefully selected for performance, safety, and long-lasting results. Nothing is used that we wouldn't use on our own vehicles, and every vehicle we service is treated as if it were our own.

Q: What do I need to do before my detailing appointment?
A: Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area with nearby access to water and power. We’ll take it from there!

Q: How long does a detail take?
A: Depending on the service, most details take 2 to 5 hours. Ceramic coatings and paint corrections may take a full day. We’ll provide an estimated time when booking.

Q: Do you come to me?
A: Yes! We're a fully mobile detailing service. As long as we have access to your driveway, water, and electricity, we’ll detail your car where it’s most convenient for you.

Q: How do I book?
A: You can book easily online through our website. Choose your service, select a time slot, and we’ll confirm the appointment. You’ll receive reminders and updates along the way.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We proudly serve Mishawaka, IN and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Not sure if you’re in our service zone? Contact us and we’ll let you know!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments on-site. Invoices will be sent in advance, but not expected to be paid until the service is finished.

Q: Can I book just an interior or exterior service?
A: Absolutely! We offer separate packages for interior, exterior, and complete details. Add-ons are also available to customize your service.

Q: Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
A: Yes! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you have maintenance plans or subscriptions?
A: Yes! After a complete detail, you can enroll in a monthly maintenance plan to keep your vehicle looking

flawless year-round.

Q: How do I purchase a gift card?
A: Gift certificates are available for any service. You can purchase them directly on our website or contact us to customize one.

Q: What if my vehicle is extra dirty or has pet hair?
A: Heavily soiled interiors, excessive pet hair, or stain removal may incur an additional fee, but we’ll always discuss this with you beforehand.
